All auditing services are performed in accordance with the WCAG AA/AAA guidelines and the EN 301 549 European Standard or Section 508 ADA standards. Technical interventions are built following WAI-ARIA best practices to ensure interoperability with major screen readers.
An accessibility audit is a “point-in-time” assessment. While Oxypteros provides expert guidance to mitigate legal risk and improve usability, we can not guarantee total immunity from legal claims or future compliance decay caused by third-party updates or content changes.
The final responsibility for legal compliance remains with the Client's organization.
To ensure technical precision, the Client must provide access to a stable staging environment, source code repositories (where applicable), and a designated technical point of contact. Delays in access provision may result in a rescheduling of the audit window.
Engagement begins upon the receipt of a 50% mobilization fee. The remaining balance is due within 14 days of the final report delivery or project launch. All reports are delivered in digital format (PDF/HTML) with a 30-day window for clarifying questions.
